yeah it spawned from that thread because everyone was getting new jobs and taking pics with the fist in air and chugging beer pose.

It pretty much did. I was too shy to post my "joke" drinking picture in the original thread so I sent it to Ryan privately to show my support. I don't remember why, but I ended up posting it on the board a week (or two?) later and FT made it smaller and insisted it be my avatar and it just stuck.
