True here too. I have around 90 hours of sick time I haven't used.

i get 15 vacation days about about 11 holidays - no sick days. None rolls over from year to year. I do get an 8-week paid sabbatical every 7 years...if i make it that long.

I have to save mine for my trip to Spain, though.
