If I compare either of Saturday's games to Texas/USC, I get: zzzzzzzzzz

Can't really explain, because it hasn't always been this way, but I just see the college game as ultitimes more entertaining than the NFL these days. That's not to say that I won't be watching every single playoff game, though.

Today: I'll take NYG and Cincy (sentimental pick, I really like both of the teams in that game.

Amen to that. I'll probably turn the games on, but I won't really watch. The NFL is just a boring version of football with more commercials. It's damn near insufferable to actually go to a game.

Yeah, I'm stoked about this one, too. And now that I've realized that Cinci has the edge in former UGA players 3-2 (I forgot about Robert Geathers in Cinci and for some reason it still hasnt registered that Kendrell Bell plays in KC now) I might actually be pulling for the Bungles.

Except for Hines Ward. He's my favorite football player not on the Falcs.

I think the Giants are in serious trouble in this game if Carolina scores again.

Doesnt hurt my feelings a bit---I got no love at all for the Giants.

Robert Geathers in Cinci

Is he any relation to Jumpy Geathers?

Jumpy is his Uncle.

Ahhh. See, I thought Jumpy wasn't old enough to have a kid that age, but I don't run into "Geathers" very often, either.

Yeah, but practically every bowl game was better than any of these games so far. Come on Cincy/Pitt, don't let me down.

Kitna is a scrapper....but one of the best quarterbacks in the league? I'm not so sure about that. (And as a Seahawks fan, I've seen him play with regularity and have followed his progress since he left)

This has gotten painful.

(Kitna had 26 touchdown passes 2 years ago. He should have been the starter if it wasn't Carson's turn.)

They said they hope Carson will be ready to go next year. Gulp.
