she drinks jagermeister because its the only drink that won't give her a hangover. she will drink bourbon, but will only stick with bourbon and will not stray if that's what she has first. the only beer she drinks is a polish one called something like zywzec. please note, though, she's not a heavy drinker.

How about asking if she has ever thought about releasing a solo disc that is more rock oriented than alt-country as a sort of happy medium between the New Pornographers, and something that showcases her incredible voice.

The Dutch brewer Heineken said the Polish regulatory authorities have
approved the merger between Polish breweries Zaklady Piwowarskie w Zywcu SA
("Zywiec") and Brewpole. Heineken currently holds a 75% stake in Zywiec.
The approval is subject to certain conditions, including the accessibility
of the distribution network to competitors, minimum purchases from Polish
hop suppliers and the maintenance of the Polish beer brands involved.
Brewpole is the holding company for Elbrewery, Warka Brewery and Lezajsk
Brewery. Heineken bought a 9.6% stake in Brewpole in June. The merger
involves a total of eight Polish breweries with total 1997 output of about
seven million hectolitres, net turnover of more than one billion Zlotys or
525 million Guilders and 3,500 employees. After Heineken took its minority
stake in Brewpole earlier this year, it applied to the Polish regulatory
authorities for permission to merge Zywiec and Brewpole. As a result of the
approval, Heineken will now increase its share in Brewpole to 30% and
propose a share issue to the shareholders of Zywiec. Brewpole's
shareholders can exchange their shares for the newly-issued Zywiec shares.
After this transaction, Heineken will hold a majority interest in Zywiec SA
of 50% plus one share.
