I sold some hip hop cd's on ebay for like $75-80 each. I like the albums but if I can get that much for them I'll just copy them to my computer and sell them.

I've only been ripped off a few times and I've usually gotten all my money back. I don't think that Ebay referral thing is something you need to get your money back, it's like an extra service. I got sold a burned dvd on there that the seller didn't list as being burned and I filed a complaint and he refunded my money and I got to keep the dvd, which I just gave to someone.

My only advice is make sure you don't miss any deadlines. I've had money refunded to me, including the eBay listing fee.
