To compare televised pageants and thesis papers to a message board thread does a disservice to beards and beards everywhere.

This is like John Holmes showing up late to a big dick competition. And everyone would know there would be a coked-out rampage if he wasn't accepted.

I'm shaving my goatee in protest, and in support of whiney (although I have to agree, e-stone's beard is great).

I urge all the guys with facial hair to join me in sitting Shiv'ah for whiney's loss.

I have to admit, I'm a little scared, I haven't seen my chin but maybe once since i was 20.

damn, i really don't feel right accepting this in light of whiney's amazing BEARD.

but what the hell...thanks to all the judges, fans, God and my parents. i will continue to cultivate and grow my beard in the hopes it may one day reach whineylevels.

dude. whiney got placed, even after coming in late AND not even having one any more. that was a day ago. i'll bet some judges didn't even get a gander.

His was well integrated with the hair, though, and had a nice multicolored thing going on. I placed your facial hair ahead, but my tastes are eccentric - my #2 beard did not even make the final results.
