I just got a call from Agent Alonzo Mosely of the FBI...he said that the DBT's will come to your town and burn that bitch down.

Do you people even understand places like MUSCLE SHOALS, ALABAMA?!!?

I mean, JESUS.

Thanks, contra and Bloor....I will be rocking this LOUDLY all over the great state of ALABAMA ASAP.

Hey, Loogs, maybe DBT can put out an "angular" record and get all popular.

I enjoy a lot of the Gang Of Four/Wire retread bands, but none of those bands have people the likes of Helm and Danko. "Angular" can be fun, but it doesn't reach into your gut with a rusty camp knife and root around for a spell.

I forsee a DBT backlash this year. To which the band's response will be to not give half a shit.

So yeah, this is JAIL.

Easy on yourself is an open Foreigner song.

I think all three songs I have listened to mention cocaine.

This will sound GREAT cranking out of my backyard at BBQs, etc.

That's what I'm listening to right now. This has immediate summer album, arm out of the window, driving back to northern Ontario to pick up a couple of cases of 50, cheap smokes, deep fry a turkey and god knows what else written all over it.

I've only sampled a few songs, but it sounds WAY too ballad-y for my tastes. All the rockers from Decoration Day and Southern Rock Opera are gone...The Dirty South started this trend, but the songs were still good enough that it was one of my favorite albums of 2004.
