I manage a few shopping centers. This happens all the time like they are some public dump. I thought of recompense, but it never deters unless caught in the act(the adressee says,"Oh I hired some jerk to throw that mattress out.")We spend 3500$ a month per center to have a crew pick up people's trash, more if its chairs, mattresses, etc.).

If it were my truck, house, I would anonymously send a "crap message" in a nicely packaged box.

But after reading the thread Fu's got the most irritating response.
