Huskerpunk,
I bet the Huskers choke another 11 point lead tonight like they did sunday.

tonight: nothing but taking care of my dog Bean... he's at the vet today getting his teeth cleaned, and will more than likely have to have teeth extracted. Poor old man.

tomorrow night: no plans... I'm feeling like a night in will be okay

saturday: dinner/baby celebration for a couple who's expecting in May... no gifts, but lots o' wine and good Italian food.

sunday: 30-40 mile ride in the morning, nothing planned after that, but am stoked about Sopranos.

Nah, I'm guessing they fall behind by 15 early, crawl back to within 3, and then end up losing by 10.

But yes, they will lose... oh yes, there will be choking.

They have sports books in AC? I thougt Nevada was the only place where sports bets were legal. Anyway, have fun.

As for me, I'll probably spend most of the weekend working in the yard. Spring is here for real and I have a TON of projects going. Probably try and hit the gym at least once and hook up with Mr. Busty Rhodes who is somewhere in the state.

Sunday calls for a large Italian meal (I'm thinking baked ziti but I havent decided for sure), lots of red wine, and the motherfuckin' Sopranos.

Seconded.

Today is actually my Monday, although thankfully the "week" is only going to last today and tomorrow.

Tonight: Take out food & CSI (original)

The rest of the coming weekend:

- try to recover from evil cold
- possibly go to Mountain Equipment Co-op and get some camping/hiking gear for my trip to the Pyranees. Awwee yeah.

This arvo - training for my new job, then crash a balcony party a friend is having with her uni friends

Tomorrow - more work training in the am. Head into the city to grab couple Japanese books for uni. Swing via JBs for a spot of cd shopping - including the NEW AUGIE MARCH for anyone interested. Bit of study.

Sunday - hockey trials then face reality of being back at uni by doing my readings etc

Today: Work on some statistics and then head out fro some drinks this afternoon. Probably get some wine and cook up some dinner later on.

Saturday: Nothing

Sunday: Have to attend a banquet for 'Brain Awareness Week'. I'm doing a lecture on Wednesday titled 'Mobile Phones and Your Brain' so evidently I have to go.

Both Arkansas and Nebraska won, I bet Huskerpunk got really drunk. I was wrong on the Huskers losing, but they did choke a big lead twice, so I still know how to call it.

FRIDAY
Drive to Athens, GA
Eat some grub, get in line for the Silver Jews show @ 40 Watt
Drink, hopefully watch a good (for the 2nd show ever?) set by the Joos
Stumble out of 40 Watt, try to drive to friend's house

SATURDAY
Piddle around Athens. It'll be 77degrees down there, so I'll probably head to the GA Botanical Gardens.
Drive back to Nashville (would go to Atl., but I'm short on $$ this month).

SUNDAY
couch time

and.... congrats to robotboy

aww my weekend was nice. friday i went to DC and got home around 6:30. an hour later i went out with blue milk. we went to plan 9 and i bought a drive-by truckers cd i had on hold, and my ween ticket for the charlottesville show during my spring break.
then we got something to eat, and went to this surprise birthday party of some sort.
saturday i took him to belle isle, this park/river of sorts around downtown and we walked around and laid on a rock for a long time and it was really nice.
i went home with a migraine from my lack of eating and slept but it didnt go away. i went out a few hours later with my friends and i bought some new tights, then went to plan 9 to get my physical copy of my ticket. i started feeling really nauseous and my head felt really heavy and i was really disassociated so i went to blue milks house and slept on his couch for an hour and woke up feeling a lot better.

my weekend was lovely.
i'm going to work in two hours, but right now i'm sitting with my favorite cat.
i love my cats.
