And there's three (3!) of them. I am either, like, the coolest big sister ever or the biggest loser in Vermont.

Postmersh might be hurt by that.

It's understandable... I mean, how could I ever compare to Ben and Jerry? Those guys are all eco-conscious, rich, and were parodied in the movie "City Slickers".

Much less their ice cream. I mean, that new peppermint ice cream w/the thin mints in it is really good, and even I wouldn't choose a date with myself over ice cream...

It was Vermonty Python and while that's the closest I've come to finding my favorite combination of coffee ice cream and oreo cookies at the stores, there was something lacking. Perhaps not enough cookie. I'd definitely try it again, but I would probably pick a date with you over it.

Phish Food or maybe Black & Tan on the other hand...

Friday: Work, actually looking forward to it today. I'm helping set up a new system for recording galvanic skin responses (basically a lie detector); then I'm hitting the pub. I'm thinking about going back to the lab after beers to hook myself up so I can try and lie my way out of something. After that, I'm going to get a couple of pounds of hot wings, drink some wine and make up some seafood gumbo for Saturday.

Sat/Sun: Eating gumbo, drinking and watching some movies.

Tonight: Having dinner and drink with a friend. I'll need a beer or 20 after today I suspect.

Sat: SLEEPING IN FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! Going to look @ 5 or 6 houses. If we don't like any of them then maybe putting an offer in for a house right around the corner from us. YEAU! Then eating, boozing, and playing dominos with Cap'N & the Mrs.

Sun: Not a GOT DAMN THANG!

Not something I admit to very often, but after 2 days in Pittsburgh, I'm just going to enjoy being in the desert.

This is sig worthy.

Dunno, got a lunch thing today, then hopefully avoid work, drive to Montgomery, maybe see a movie, maybe just eat sushi and drink sake.

Saturday: Gotta go to Bombingham. FEMGAR has a baby shower for one of her friends, then I guess we get to go somewhere and start the process of guft registration (of which I know we will get none). Drive back to Montgomery. Sleep.

Sunday: If I get out of bed, aside from bathroom usage/dog letting out, I am going to be PISSED. I may even orderin Chinese food, and get the delivery guy to come in and just pour all the food on me. I guess watch the Sopranos and Big Love. Get ready for another fun week in the Port City.

(and, if anyone's counting, that's 2 trips to Birmingham and back in the past 4 days. FUCKI HATE DRIVING SO GODDAMN MUCH THESE DAYS, I can seriously do the Monty-Mobile drive by smell)

Got the day off today, so we're headed to Vizcaya in Miami: http://www.vizcayamuseum.org/

After that, we're eating lunch at Les Halles [famous for Anthony Bourdain's created menu] on Miracle Mile. Steak Frites!

Saturday I'm going to clean up our front garden plants, and possibly find some new editions.

Sunday we're headed to the beach.

Tonight: dinner with a friend, and then meet up with some girly friends for some "girls gone wild" activities (or at least some heavy drinking accompanied by very loud rock and/or roll and chatter).

Tomorrow & Sunday: ? Probably continue trying to plan my trip. Maybe meet up with a friend & play some music together.

Note to self: Dates from here on out should start being "ice cream on the way to a bar"...

That way, they'll want to go, regardless of their thoughts of me.
