Not yet. These are just the pictures that were on the realtor site. I just set up the inspection for Sat. and believe me, between all the people that are going to be there, there'll be plenty of pictures taken. And then, I'll post em if you're really interested.

Wow, that's a seriously cool house. Congrats, Busty.

And from the pictures that living room looks like the perfect place to, um, bench press in front of company.

Dude. That fucking thing was actually in the living room, right there, when we looked at the place on Sat. I didn't even notice that in the picture until I saw the house. Come to think of it, there were dumbells in just about every room in the house. The guy that owns it right now is in the Navy I think. That or a serial killer. Both I'm fine with as long as he gets the hell outta that house in June.

Just come up and VISIT. The state has authorized me to spend up to $3,000 on Custard and Curds for your visit, knowing full-well that if they get you hooked, you'll repay their investment 10-fold.

So here ya go. Bedrooms. This is obviously with the existing furniture and paint.

Inspection went great. No big problems. Looks like everything is set for the closing on June 15.

Beautiful house, Busty... In addition to the kitchen floor, could you also rip off the blue tile backsplash in the kitchen?

Just put in an offer yesterday myself. Real Estate is a shell game for people who like to think thet are smart.

Also, don't start a convo with a realtor by quoting Glengarry Glen Ross. I don't think ours liked me after I told her "Fuck You. That's MY Name."

Inspection was good. Everything is in place. Just waiting not so patiently for June 15 at this point.

I bought a place about a month and a half ago and it's been torture waiting to move in. Financially, it's the right move because I have a lease through June but I'm ready to be done with faxing papers and just get in the place already.
