I wouldn't mind seeing a remake of Fantastic Voyage- you know, the one w/ Raquel Welch (sp?) and __________? Where they get injected into a body?

They will never, ever improve on Raquel Welch in the skin diving suit from Fantastic Voyage. The only thing that comes close is Claudia Cardinale in Once Upon A Time In The West.

The special effects guys could have a field day with this one.

Just hope the guy whose body they're in isn't gay.

Wasn't Innerspace with Martin Short, D. Quaid, a comedy based on this?

I dunno- I'd never watch a movie with Martin Short in it.

a friend of mine was hired to write a tron sequel, so don't be surprised if this thread is revived in a couple years.

"Tron," the 1982 movie about a computer programmer who was literally sucked into a computer, is up for a remake, Variety reports. Disney has hired Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal to write the screenplay. "We are contemporizing it, taking these ideas that were ahead of the curve and applying them to the present, and we feel the film now has a chance to resonate with a young audience," Klugman reveals. Sternthal adds that "Tron" "was a movie about a man venturing into hell" and that it's their job to "keep the humanity as he ventures into an unreal world.""

Screw it, let's combine the Tron remake with the TV-series-turned-movie thing and do a feature length version of "Reboot."

Yeah, terrible film then, will be a terrible film now. Not to mention ol' Burt directed the previous one.
