I coordinate webcasts for CPAs. The confirmation email gives ALL information, like log on five minutes before the webcast starts, check your computer to make sure it's compatible, stuff like that. It never fails, five to ten minutes before every webcast, there's an influx of calls from people who can't log in. "There's no information in this email. This is not well-organized. What did I pay for?" and so on... Then, they forward me the confirmation email that's supposedly full of nothing and I say, "If you read beyond the first paragraph, there's your log on information and the place to click to download the materials..." Usually, they say that the information was hidden instead of admitting that they didn't read the damn thing.

Even though the CPAs annoy me with 10% of their calls, the other 90% are pretty cool.
