Fucked up 11 year olds don't listen to The Cure. They only go "yeah I'm a fan" because Linkin Park like them, but they don't actually listen to them.

My location is so damn clever even I think it's damn clever. Just moments ago I remarked to myself "well isn't that location so damned clever." And then I agreed with myself.

See: Cat Power "Nude As The News"

And, yeah, I've seen the movie. It's well-done, the soundtrack's better, and Sayid is in it.

Naveen Andrews. Add beard and fake Iraqi accent and you get Sayid from Lost.

Correction (because I'm a dumbass). No, I haven't seen Mistress Of Spices yet. I've seen Bride & Prejudice and had an A. Ray still from that I was gonna use for avatar, but didn't. Sayid is in Bride & Prejudice.

I hope he grows out of that. Does he really talk to anyone in more than a passing way? Good god.

oh yeah i was wondering about that. its not our turban man who's in it, its that guy with the steely eyed gaze from law n order or boston law or some such show (and a bad actor?) who's in it. btw, have you seen any strictly bollywood movies?

yeah, aish rai is pretty cool in B&P. i like her. however the word on the street is that she's a bit (f)rigid and is still a virgin. yeah rite.

Yes, but it's not 1989 anymore. It was also the soundtrack to my summer that year, when I was 23 and not at all fucked up.

Good lawd. 11 year old oldbullee seemed like such a more innocent creature. Pop radio, baseball, scary movies, and curiosity about sex is all I really remember. None of this "i hate the world and it's a cruel miserable place, where's my black lipstick" stuff.

Only a few and most of those from several years back. The editing style can be a real trip, that's for sure. I watched Bride & Prejudice because Rai is so frickin' gorgeous. Haved liked a lot of Bollywood soundtrack music that I've heard here and there over the years.
