Timbaland actually does some amazing things with his voice when he uses it more as an instrument or for sound effects, but as a rapper he's only good for a few cameos here and there (on "Promiscuous Girl" for example). His beats pretty much carried the first Timbaland & Magoo album and his solo record, Tim's Bio.
