That's awful, Tanner. I hope your doggie is doing better.

And Joe, you're an idiot.

Glad your dawg's OK, Tanner! Oddly enough, me and the Fractured Family drove to what seemed like Cheyenne, Wyoming yesterday to plop down $500 we don't have on a 6-week-old Westie pup. My son named her Lacy. She's extremely cute. I'll POSTPIXPLSKTHX later tonight or sometime tomorrow, once I actually take some.

You must embrace the shroom, Stace! Of course, this is coming from Obner's foremost proponent of Brussels Sprouts, so I obviously am not a credible source.

I don't know my dog brands. What kind of dog is this?

I'm absolutely dying for a dog, but I don't think I have a big enough apartment. Damn it.

West Highland Terrier. I believe they are, like Darrin, of Scottish origin and quite furry. Here's what they look like:

Not to go all OPA, but that's a cute dog. It's amazing how much they become part of the family. I would have paid almost any price yesterday to treat Roxie. Congrats Bob.

Glad the doggie's gonna be all right.

There's gotta be some way to blame this on Gauchebag

Well, don't I feel like an idiot. My aunt and uncle in England have three between the two of them - Angus, Callum and Scotty (how original). Those are adorable dogs. Can't wait to see pictures of your new baby.

speedy recovery man...

this is just like my old roommate who put his feet through the glass windows on the door to his bedroom. needed a cast and got fired from his job because of immobility.

(((healing vibes))) for your pup.
what kind of pup do you have?

one morning i woke up to find blood all over my kitchen.
i found that my kitty, marley, had tried to chew out the stitches she got the day before from being spayed.

it was a saturday....but luckily the vet was open. i rushed her out there and they said she was just a few stitches away from having her guts all over my floor.

ick. THAT would not have gone over well with me and my panic mode.

she had to wear a cone for 2 weeks. but, being a small kitten..... she could barely lift her head with it on....and it would get stuck on the carpet when she tried to walk. poor thing.

the cone only lasted a week. she found a way to wiggle herself free from it.

I've tried, Bob. I've tried lots and lots. I just can't get past the feel. I'm sure I'll try agin sometime, though.

Glad to see you posting again. I missed your hippy optimism around here.
