I guess any solo from Morphine would be eligible, as most people wouldn't qualify the band as jazz, and there's no guitar....

No, you misunderstood the punch line. Junior Walker definitely played the sax solo on Foreigner's "Urgent," but the punch line is whether or not it was actually a GOOD solo. I mean, he's great and all, but it's still a FOREIGNER song.
