call between 2-4, that's usually after lunch time. people are friendlier after lunch, because most of the hectic stuff happens in the morning.


No if you left a message, give him a couple of days to get back to you. If you don't want to give that courtesy don't leave the message. As far as times to reach people...the easiest time generally is after 5pm when the assistant or secretary has likely left and he'll likely be answering his own line.


Or, at 8-8:30 am on Mondays. If they work afternoons on fridays, that's usually a good time, as well.

Think about the times you get the least work done. Try to call then, its when people are trying to procastinate that they are likelier to take dat call.
