I thought Everlast was Jewish.

The same for DJ Lethal.

Am I wrong?

(Danny Boy might have been Irish.)

No, no. But, typically, and in the U.S. at least, the expressions baby-father and baby-mother are used to describe parentage when the principals are unmarried (or, at least, were at time of birth of child). An example would be as follows: instead of saying, 'This is my husband, Myron, and these are our children, Maurice and Shena', it is said, 'Myron is my baby-daddy'. But, Dizzee didn't say baby-daddy, he said baby-father, the formal expression. Which is quite proper. No?

it's an irish girl's name and probably one of my favorite names. it's pronounced "shi-VANN".

hamilton says it in "hang on, Siobhan" on Bows and Arrows.

Yup, had a friend named Siobhan & she pronounced it Shiv-awn. (just to confuse you, though, she went by Sio for short - pronounced sy-o.)

[Disclaimer - i know nothing about how to actually write out pronunciation keys :)]
