i "borrowed" this issue from work today. has anyone actually seen a picture of her? there's about 8 pictures of her in the article with various rock stars. the only one she looks remotely fuckable in is the pic with ringo starr, and really, would you want ringo's sloppy seconds?

I think part of BJW main contention was that I called her a definition of the line between DOGB and Hag, and also said that if you imagined a 50 year old alcoholic ex-groupie from Little Rock, you could get a mental picture.

Also, Shiv, thanks for confirming that you people read my magazines before delivering them.

Reminds me, I saw a fella come into the cineplex yesterday, don't know for which show, but from the look of him (I waited on him at the concessionaire's stand), I took him for a party-boy coke-slut. So, I was going to ask (facetiously) for a bump. Didn't though, for fear either, a, he and my co-workers wouldn't get it and I'd have to embarass myself explaining, or, b, he would, and would complain to my supervisor, or, c, he would, and would offer me a hit.

Dude, Shiv I subscribe to like 10 magazines, but I got so sick of them not arriving on time (you know getting SI on Saturday and the like) I actually had to go talk to the Postmistress and complain. It was like a scene in Goodfellas.

So, read my mags, fine. But don't take them home for days and days; And I'm still looking for my Esquire from two months ago (I need my Klosterman, baby)

Somebody so needs to re-print Klosterman's groupie-rollcall from Fargo Rock City, i.e. what archetype of woman pursued each metal band of 80s vintage. Considering the events of the last day, and all.

I usually just try and peruse them sometime during the morning so I can actually deliver them that day. Sometimes I may read them in my car and return them when I'm done at the end of the day. I rarely take them home.

You should sic an attack dog on your letter carrier.
