My dad's side is a little sketchy but I believe it is mainly Irish and Cherokee.

My mother is overwhelmingly German with a lot of her family coming from the Pennsylvania Dutch country plus there is a little Welsh, Swiss, and who knows what else.

Same here. The stragglers in my family were here in the early 19th century, most before then. Of those, mostly English and Scots-Irish, with a few Englishmen that were living in France before coming over for some reason.

On forms I should start checking "Other" then specifying "pasty".

25% - Italian (hence the Cicero) - which also keeps me from being a complete herb.

70% - Irish with surprisingly little affinity for alcohol. I do love me some guinness though.

5% - other. I think it's scottish, general western european, etc.

lets see here. im pretty much anglo saxon. but my family on my mothers side has been in canada for at least 80-90 years and has british roots. my dad is originally from carlisle, which is very close to the scottish border (and was flooded very recently). so, i would say im half canadian of anglo-saxon decent, and half anglo-saxon. which pretty much makes me full anglo-saxon.

I lived there for a year. Summer 88-Summer 89. I was only 11, but it was pretty cool. Always wanted to go back. And Korean is still by far my fave Asian food.
