This is also my position, though "On Call" works MUCH better within the context of the album, rather than as a standalone single. The album would have been best served without it altogether. I really like the album, but still think it probably ranks third of their three albums to date. They just good.

I think the first 3 songs are the highlight. I really REALLY like it up the the third track, but from the fourth all the way to the end it serves as nothing more than a coverup for the bad gas I got from that sandwich I ate today.
