But I have to go with any sort of stout (coffee for sure) if I'm ordering one. Well, hell. Who am I kidding? Morning beer is just great in it's own right... doesn't matter what kind it is!

I think it's more a matter of "Good Morning, Beer."

Comma's important.

No way. It sounds gross, but it really is awesome. Also, nothing gets the old last-night-beer taste out of your mouth like a warm Newcastle. I thought it sounded disgusting as well, until I tried it once. Not a bad way to greet the day...

And yes, "Good Morning, Beer" is the proper phrasing for this group of words.

i'm drinking real ale fireman's number 4 right now . . . although, though it it morning, and i'm home from work, it may not count as morning beer because i am trying to sedate myself into going to bed.

I usually would go with the Sierra Nevada or Sunshine Wheat from your list if I was starting early before a Husker Football game, but I could also see myself going with the Avery IPA (Since I have not tried it or the Hazed and Infused, which is a damn fine beer.

That's a damn good list of tap beers available.
