tomorrow - volunteer gig, little bit of work, dinner with some friends who are moving away
sunday - maybe work? dunno. also, 'tv' date with cute boy. should I take offense at implied booty call?

Went to dinner last night and drank sake until I wanted to cry.

So I went home and hit the Scotch running. Then my consciousness gave out on me. At some point I agreed to read at a friend's wedding.

Fuck, my neighbours just informed me that today was their last day being my neighbour. They're renting their house out to some other family and moving temporarily in with other family members. This is the first I'm learning of this!! These neighbours have been instrumental in my remaining in this house -- they watch my house when I'm not at home, I completely trust them and they take care of my dogs when away. Shit, they even take out my trash when I come home late and water my yard if I work late a lot. Truly a set of neighbours anyone would want to have.

I'm very disturbed by this and it's ruined my weekend mood.
