I kind of felt the same way after thinking about it. My brother's big triple feature plans never really pan out anyway and I think we're going to see Knocked Up tonight, which means we won't see anything on Sunday and I'll be catching Ocean's 13 alone and waiting for Pirates to come out on DVD.

I saw it last night with the ex, and really enjoyed it. I didn't the vag scene was that nasty, but I was expecting the worst. It was tame in comparison to the stuff I had to watch in AP Anatomy and Physiology in High School.
I think I enjoyed the Cirque du Soleil scene the most.

It's most likely a publicity stunt on her part. From all I read, her book is nothing like the movie, other than the concept of a woman getting pregnant from a one night stand and following the lives of the two people involved after that, which she can't own. If you read about the book on Amazon, it's pretty obvious hers is a completely different story. Her book has reportedly not sold well - it was actually pulled from shelves in its first pressing due to lack of sales and bad reviews and then re-released later when there was a better marketing plan in place, or something like that. What's scary about her book is that it's a true story, not fiction - and she writes openly about smoking and drinking during her pregnancy as if she wasn't pregnant. My wife saw her on some show a while back and said she came across as horrible as this makes her sound: shallow, pretentious, and nasty.

Judd Apatow has nothing to worry about.

Anyway, back to the movie: the vag-delivery shot scene is mild compared to the real thing.

saw this movie over the weekend - thought it was GREAT

I went into this movie not expecting to like it, but I thought it was one of the best comedies that I've seen for awhile. I think the shroom scene was the best one, but it was consisently funny throughout, which is hard to do.

did people like the cirque de soleil part of the shroom scene, or paul rudd with the chairs? cause i thought the latter was way funnier than the former.
