Dunno if it was just a coincidence, but I stopped listening to Pavement for almost a year after buying this.

I bought it at the same time as the S&E re-ish, so that wasn't the case for me.

Did the doc strike you as bad, or was it just an odd coincidence?

I think it was a mixture of the lackluster live shows on the DVD and just general coincidence.

I"ve never watched the live performances because live performances aren't really my thing, but I really liked the doc.

There's a documentary I want to see but can't remember the name. It's about a band (2,3 people) that travel across the country in a VW van and sets up in parking lots outside of arenas/ bars and blasts noise rock at a high high volume.

Does anyone know the title of this. Has anyone ever seen it??

Random note: I have a few concert DVD's and I don't really find them very thrilling to watch. It's just not the same as the real deal.

Bjork-Greatest Hits Volumen 1993-2003 is pretty tight too.

Radiohead - Meeting People is Easy

Is this good? I was very tempted to buy it recently, though I am not a Radiohead"head." Sometimes a good rockumentary is a just a good story, liking the band or not.

I also rec, Westerberg's Come Feel Me Tremble. Just a man and his guitar.

If you're not a big fan, I'd skip it. I AM a big fan, and I was annoyed by how unyieldingly "atmospheric" it was - it's more a documentary of the band's emotional state than of the tour. More than once there was an interview going on that I really wanted to hear, but was entirely drowned out by manufactured ambient noise.

Exactly what I was gonna write, but Aaron used alot more intelligent words then I would have come up with...

Must own for Radiohead fans....
too much going on for the casual and non fan, to really enjoy....

I love it however.

Me too. That's my pick.

I need to get some more music dvd's.

Wow, no one said Hated yet. Great for watching with the family during the holiday season.
