raw like sushi has a few decent moments [kisses on the wind, love ghetto, manchild], but that's it. the follow up, for the moment i listened to it, isn't very memorable.

I can see why people wouldn't be into this album, but I'm surprised that you think there's only a few good tracks. I think it's pretty consistent throughout.
