My wife made some Sangira last night...it was pretty darn good, although I don't drink it often!

I was drinking all right, but packed it in early. Got a wedding tonight so you know, free booze.

A boy who I used to be in love with is in town. He's invited me out to drinks to explain why he's spending the weekend nearby. I suspect trouble in River City.

I've been suffering all day -- d'ya think a bit of the hair o' the dog will help? Maybe ginger ale is best.

In an attempt to consume every last bit of food and drink in my apartment before moving, I'm drinking really old (September) Old Style.
It still has that tasty booze flavor that I've been looking for.

tonight I had two mixed drinks. The roomies decided we needed to have a party... which I always hate, but try to let them have their occasional fun. They mixed up big tubs of El Diablo, Sex on the Beach, aaaaand... something I can't remember. I drank the something I can't remember (kind of had a coconut flavor. ew) and the sex on the beach, which was decent.

Stressful party (cops), but... I got a spot of alcohol in me. SO whatevs.

I did manage to get him drunk. Home early. Turns out wife has dumped him for some former boyfriend who she has recently started communicating with via Facebook. She hasn't seen the guy in 14 years but apparently there are some leftover feelings. She has decided to leave her two children and husband for a dude that lives in Oregon. Ouch!

I'm a bad friend, though, I couldn't stop thinking about how fuckin' hot he still looks.

Oh, as for the hair o' the dog...I started drinking a Corona. After a few sips, I started getting an upset stomach. Not good. I couldn't hang. :(

I really don't know.

Some sort of IPA from the 5 Seasons Brewery and then their house beer, The Golden Number Ale, several times over.

FYI, to ATL folks, if you buy the first round in their Liter Mug for $25, refills are $9.50 for the rest of the mugs life. ie, you can keep bringing it back.

FWIW, 22oz beers are $7.50 so it's quite economical.

I had three high life bottles downtown. It was Bro fest, I'm pretty sure the Greek houses on campus are getting ready for pledge week, they were all in their dress clothes and douchebag drunks.

I had some hurricane-sized drink last night at the Saddleback Ranch in WeHo. I had never been at that particular location -- interesting crowd. Great nachos!

I had half a glass of cheap but swillable Malbec..it tasted like gold.

and how might that be ? I've been looking for it, but never had the pleasure..

I stopped by a local brew pub we had dinner at last night to get my growler filled with their "Chocolate Thunder Porter"..It is mighty fine and was only 12 bucks to fill...Not a bad deal at all.
