It's a wet rub with some crushed chipotle/adobo pressed in with a splash of apple vinegar. I think I'll pat them dry in a little while and then put the grill on ultra-low indirect heat with some hickory chips and let them go for a couple hours.

Wife made some bbq sauce last night that was goodamn glorious. The ingredient list was long, but it was almost all shit we had at home. Key ingredient was the Crystal (thank you for the millionth time Tentoze, I'm on bottle #2). It went on her version of an old restaurant menu item, Rockytop Chicken. Chicken breast is baked, then covered in bacon, monterrey jack cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and that bbq sauce. Jesus h christ. It's hard to get excited about chicken, but man that shit was amazing. Anywho.


FRI: Probably netflix and really good belgian beer I got at the kickass grocery store near the house. Better selection than any liquor store in southie, easily, and it's across the parkinglot (stumbling distance).

SAT: Transfer tomatoes and peppers into new, bigger planters. I think the weather will suck, so hopefully little else.

SUN: My niece is doing a Flat Stanley project for school in GA, where they make this guy out of paper, fold him up, and mail him to you. Then you take him to historic places, send her back the pictures, and she does a report on the places. So I'm taking him around sunday I guess, definately including a bar or two.

are you allowed to draw things on flat stanley?

Probably not. I'm sending him back to my niece, and now that I have my own little life to ruin on the way, I should probably go easy on her.

Same here, but I'm going to jet early and either Observe and Report or Amoeba Sellback before going to the Monotonix/Mae Shi/Anavan show tonight...
