I've been debating this, but tix were 35+ with fees. If I end up going, it'll be a last minute decision...

As for myself, building record shelves tonight, then setting up Turntable #1, mixer, & my PT-01 (as a temp table #2 until my other one arrives next week). Play with new toys by DJing till Dawn.

Saturday/Sunday - at least one Sushi lunch, probably followed by more DJing. I also need to do some trade-ins @ Amoeba, maybe followed by Star Trek @ cinerama dome.

Mostly, though, relaxing and/or tending to my tweaked back will have priority.

I'm in the same boat. I couldn't convince any friends to go and was going to get one ticket for myself but when I looked at $15 ticketbastard fees on top of the $25 ticket price, I decided to make it a gametime decision and buy tix at the door if its not sold out and I'm still up for it. If it was going to sell out before the night of, I'd think it already would have.

I know this is a little irrational, but I probably would have bought the ticket if it were $35 ticket price plus $5 ticketmaster fee. I just hate the idea of giving ticketmaster $15 for processing one $25 ticket. If I end up missing the concert as a result, so be it.

Tonight:
Enjoy whatever is left of the evening to myself. Am currently hungry from the damn liquid protein diet I'm on and may resort to sushi for dinner.

Saturday:
Get up at the crack of dawn to get some lab work done. Visit mom at the cemetery (don't wanna deal with the Mother's Day traffic on Sunday). Home to clean the pigsty that is my house. Iron & Wine at The Troubadour in the evening.

Sunday:
Finish cleanining whatever I didn't get to on Saturday. Work.

I'm not too fond of my job right now.

my work schedule is all kerflewy thanks to some product changeover we're doing between print and Web.

Today: Day off. firmed up some interviews for some freelance work, had a WB Recs. press rep call and offer me tix and a backstage interview to a show on Sun night; found a paying home for that story; straightened out some stuff with a Web designer. Now drinking some beers and working on a couple reviews.

Sat: bank, health food store, then working, interrupted by a freelance interview at 1 pm; then real food store and I don't know what.

Sun: piddling stuff around homestead, maybe hit up the pool. Freelance interview at 3 pm, show at 9 pm. This sounds a lot more Big Pimpin' than it really is.
