Amongst the three shelves of condiments from around the world! in my fridge: Cholula - Original and Chili Garlic, Sriracha and Crystal. All are good by themselves; but one can make a killer hot sauce by mixing them all together.

I don't like the balance of the Louisiana brand.
Tobasco is only decent for bloodies.
My asshole hates me when I eat those hot for the sake of hot sauces.

If you promise to stop thinking of me fondly IMMEDIATELY, there's some chance a repeat could be arranged.

The Mutagen. The bright green unnatural color of the stuff always kept me away from it.

If you can believe it, someone else may've beaten you to the punch.

I'm kind of over hot sauce branding. I find very little variation between 90% of them.

^ poor guy's probably wondering where that missing pair of socks is, when it just got stuck in the crotch of his jeans in the dryer. He'll feel so silly when he finally realizes it.

Incidentally, when I was at Giant yesterday I saw they had some of that Crystal stuff people have been gassing about and, at 89 cents for the small size, decided to try a bottle. No verdict yet, although I did use a bit of it yesterday and found the lack of heat a bit disturbing.

you can't go wrong with the basics, no hot sauce should cost over $2...if you're paying more than that you should invest in making your own.

People are giving shit to Tabasco up in herre but their Green sauce is on point.

Throw some of that on some chili, cheese dip, or soup, and you can change the entire complexity of the meal.

Respect.

I think anything but regular tabasco has a fair shot at being ok, but their bread-n-butter regular sauce is just waaay too salty.
