I really like Telegraph but Barbarians never did much for me. Curious what you think Todd?

I've had the Telegraph vinyl for a long time and I've always liked that one. Way back when, I think that I may have even liked it more than Crowd... But it's been a while, and after a fresh listen, I think that the earlier record is better. Give it a few more listens though.

As to Barbarians: I haven't made up my mind about it yet. Let me give it a few more listens... but nothing has jumped out at me just yet.

It's a King Thing - Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo.

Thanks, bort. First listen now and, it's good, but a little twee for me these days: mostly his voice, which is just too fey. But the melodies are solid and the playing and production are also good. Maybe a couple more listens and I'll get past that voice.

The Chamber Strings - A Month of Sundays
Freakwater - Feels Like the Third Time
Songs: Ohia - The Magnolia Electric Co.
Teenage Fanclub - Songs From Northern Britain

It's been a while since I've heard that BAD and it's sounding really good this morning. I forgot how many songs on here I really liked.
