I wasn't sure about Evans in the role, but he's sort of growing on me after Scott Pilgrim.

The movie is bound to be harder to get into since the costume itself is harder to portray in real life (I'm also curious how this'll work with any DC title that isn't named Superman or Batman). There's a reason superhero movies often fail, and it's because they can just look corny as shit from a production standpoint. Also, I notice on the imdb page (I hate this fucking new format so much) that Bucky Barnes is gonna be played by a 27-year old Romanian? So... he's gonna be an adult in this? Or are they retconning Bucky to be an adult in WWII?

As far as the Avengers movie is concerned, are they really not gonna have the Avengers without Ant-Man and Wasp? Are they even making that Ant-Man movie anymore? I guess you can't really have one without the other (and their domestic violence subplot).

I can't tell enough from the pic to say yeah or nay. But I agree, costumed heroes are just bizarre to produce.

As of right now, I've heard no to Ant-Man and Wasp. Had Scott Pilgrim been an overwhelming success you may have seen the Edgar Wright Ant-Man film that has been rumored about.
