I upgraded to a universal E9/B6, and i have to use RKR to get the major 7th, and RKR plus pedals 6 and 7 to get the minor 7th, or something like that. But that looks like a standard 8x4 Shobud from the 70s, so I'm guessing she's just that quick with her palm and pick blocking that you don't hear the pedals or knee levers.
