I had a quesadilla that was made in an iron like that, and I don't like the way they cook the edges. They turn out so crisp that they taste like hard stale tortillas at the edge. I much prefer the cast iron skillet.

You can borrow my cast iron skillet. Way better than a regular skillet. Also, the best way to make bacon...
