The wife used AirB&B (or is it Air BnB?) ... some new-ish bed and brwakfast search site, to find a place with great reviews in Chicago and fucking loved where she stayed. She wanted to stay with people because she wanted tour guides for the neighborhood, and this gay couple had lots of great reviews. Sure enough they were pouring her bourbon, telling her exactly where the best place to eat was, and then met her out after dinner. Anywho, I do recommend the site at least for finding good unique places for much less than hotels.

Think about it: if you & FEMTOOKS got with the paterfamilias from Little People, Big World, you'd be huge. By comparison, at least.

Plus: those little crutches of his would be perfect for repurposing as a sex-toy.

I mean, what are you really looking for here? Do you want someone to convinced you what you should do that week?

I'll give you a unique suggestion: hole up in a cheap motel room and smoke crack. Should be doable in any and all states, but I would suggest Gary, IN, somewhere near Cabrini Green in Chicago, and Detroit as the best places to get the most out of this endeavor.

Yeah...if you do that, just don't stick yr head into where the fermentation process is going on. I lost my sense of smell for 2 hours while at the Jack Daniels distillery tour.

That was on honeymoon to Nashville that we tried to hang out with you. I think we trying to get that Sparklehorse show to work.

Yeah, I believe that might have been one of the last tours, if not the last.

Chicago NYE

The Black Keys (The Greenhornes opening) at Aragon Ballroom

The Hold Steady at Lincoln Hall

Local H at Bottom Lounge

There's a ton of others, http://chicago.ohmyrockness.com/ShowList.cfm

but i'd go 1/7/11 and see Weezer perform the blue album
