How'd you end up feeling about that Brother Kite album? Obviously it's not up there...I was just curious. I honestly don't think I ever made it past the first song.

Got this late in the year and I am really, really liking it. Top ten probably.

I finally listened to that album a couple times yesterday. I remember being really disappointed the first time I listened to it. Anyway yesterday revealed that the first half of the album is still pretty strong. With less Beach Boys-esque moments, the songs aren't quite as fun, but the first half is still decent. But the second half really veers off into some Train type shit and a couple songs are just terrible.

yeah dude, i gave it several plays, hoping something would grab me. nothing. i can't remember a note, which is sad.

I tried with the Wild Nothing, Dale, just not my thing.

Do you remember that Boats record that you turned my onto? Anything along that line this year that i could check out?
