Yeah, you'd probably like it.

It's one of the worst things I heard all year.

Why make any list longer than 20-25? Does anybody care what your 41st favorite record was this year?

I think anything after 40, I'll lose interest while reading. But for a group of people who probably listen to 100+ new albums a year, 40 is perfectly acceptable.

I don't mind helping... It would be pretty easy to streamline the thing using google docs

An aggregated list is always at least somewhat interesting so it'd be great if you could do that.

Maybe I'm the only person here who really doesn't have any idea what Obner's collective #1 of 2010 would be? It really seems up in the air. Am I missing something obvious? I didn't think we had that many Kanye fans.

Yeah, it doesn't seem like there is a real consensus #1 this year, like there has been in years past. Should make for some fun arguments when a large group of us is slagging off on our own list.

I'm pretty sure #1 would end up being High Violet.

I guess the likely winner is that or Arcade Fire.

OK maybe I don't care after all.

(Joanna Newsom will get at least 3 #1 votes here, though, which is cool.)
