the reason why they're selling a stake in the team is that the lawsuit against madoff to retrieve money has now looped in the group that includes the wilpons. so their assets could possibly be tied up in that legal drama.

It really all just has to do with the lighting budget. If it's well lit, she's a "pr0nstar"

Al Jazeera, although CNN looks like it has some footage. This is heart breaking. They just had one lady on the phone in hysterics saying that the pro-government thugs have all the exits from the square covered.
