He's the kind of guy who shows up when the going gets tough. He'll probably be the Sabres team captain two years from now. This city is in shock that he's gone - Gillis has a big set of balls to trade him. I hope this Kassian kid can deal with the pressure, because it's already huge.

im hugely disappointed Hodgson is gone, and shocked. He was to be the future of this club, great skill set, great vision, makes our second power play unit tough, and good in the clutch. Buffalo got a good one. I see what Gillis is trying to do, he doesnt want us to get pushed around again in the playoffs, but gooning it up isnt our game. We kill people with skill and our power play, like Detroit - just disappointed.
