Didn't know you felt that strongly about Muschamp. Don't mean to hijack billyg's thread discussing a team I have nothing but hate for either, so I'll say we all hope to see you post more around here.

This list is a testament to just how little new music I listened to in 2012. Generally speaking, my tastes align with yours more so than anyone else here, yet Cohen is the only one out of thirty I've heard.

About 2/3 of my list is probably at least somewhat up your alley. I'd be pretty surprised if you didn't like these:

19. Spirit Family Reunion - No Separation
14. Gretchen Peters - Hello Cruel World
13. John Fullbright - From the Ground Up
8. Turnpike Troubadours - Goodbye Normal Street
7. Sean Rowe - The Salesman & The Shark
6. Darrell Scott - Long Ride Home
5. Andrew Combs - Worried Man
2. Rodney Crowell & Mary Karr - KIN
1. John Murry - The Graceless Age

The Murry and Darrell Scott have been on my wish list. And, I've realized for years that Rodney Crowell should be a given and fit right beside a lot of my other music, but for inexplicable reasons, I have never been able to sit through an entire album of his.

I'm a big fan and it surprises me that you're not. That said, you don't really have to be a Crowell fan to like this album. Mary Karr co-writes the songs and a different singer takes lead on practically every song.

This one by Lucinda Williams slays me

A couple of recent finds that probably should have made my list:

Kait Lawson - Until We Drown

Whitehorse (Luke Doucet and Melissa McClelland) - The Fate of the World Depends on this Kiss
