This board is getting a bit more personal, I like.

My two cents but take it with a grain on salt: First never use the line “The only catch, of course, is that you have to go with me.” It just comes off awkward. I also realize that you have not spoken to her for two months and needed some kind of angle but to go to a concert you had no interest in going to is a bit much. You put up with that kind of crap later. To call twice in one night is a bit much also but might work in your favor. She could be thinking that it was cute. Movies and first dates has to be the worst thing ever, I usually like to get to know the person better and sitting there with no interaction is just odd for me. You can always look at it from the other prospective, it gives you time to reflect on how things are going. She asked you though. It sounds like you did quite well, good luck.
