my parents went to school with a couple of his kids... not good people. the best response i've heard to his protests happened up here in michigan. he was protesting a gay bar, which organized a fund raiser--people pledged money for every minute he stayed outside. they raised thousands and gave it all to gay rights organizations.

lol...I DO love living in the Midwest. Just not crazy about some of my "neighbors" .

And on the subject of not taking people like Phelps seriously & thinking it's all a big goof...how do you think this country got to be the way it is right now?

It's just the idea that people would even need to form a straight-gay alliance gives me the impression that things must be pretty difference down there.
