I wanna be you.

Actually with me, it's trickier. From the time I was born til late teens(when we saw major activity drop off) I was epileptic. So the heightened sensitivy was part of the package deal.

Then of course as most of you know, I was diagnosed with MS when I was early 20's. So I was hit with a neuro double whammy in one short lifetime.

Hellllloooooooo sensitive!

extreme changes in weather debilitate me by setting off cluster headaches. strong colognes/perfumes also drive me nuts.

Ah, such a lovely side effect of the anti-depressants. The frequent dark patches of wetness on my shirts form twin arcs underlining my manboobs, which I'm sure from a distance look like more like shadows. That guy must be wearing a C cup, strangers think as they pass.

My hip-hop name is Moisty Moist.

You thinks correctly, m'lady. Check this. If it fits, you're in good company (self, FT, Charli, mlle_xix, et al.). If not, hey you're still in good company.

Holy crap, the descriptions of HSP on that page are ME. I just thought I was annoying and totally introverted. Well, I probably am, but the stuff that set off bells was just about everything in the list on this page like avoiding violent TV and movies (I'd assume games are included - I hate most video games,) withdrawing on busy days, getting rattled by many tasks to do (like this week, when about 18 million projects were dumped on me at once - and then I just freeze up because my brain gets all squirrely and confused.) Here I just thought I was a weirdo.

Wow, that is pretty descriptive of me.

My sensitivity manifests itself in such irritating ways as screaming bloody murder when I stub my toe. I also yelp whenever I drop something. After consulting my personal therapist, the esteemed Dr. C. McGinnis, I came to realize I am definitely an HSP. I knew medical science could absolve me of being an insufferably annoying twit!!!
