I can understand your dislike/hatred of Wall-Mart... but just because a website features ads for/links to them does not mean that you should boycott the other company. We aren't talking about Wal-Mart buying out Netflix - it's the other way around. That would be like boycotting websites based on the kind of banner ads they put up, or not reading aintitcoolnews.com only because they link to Amazon for DVD referrals, or not reading pitchforkmedia.com only because they have a referral link to insound at the beginning of every review... assuming unpaid interns count as slave labor (Insound) or the reselling of goods manufactured in foriegn countries through slave labor counts as slave labor (amazon)...

Okay, I'll admit that maybe my view of Netflix is a bit harsh, but don't you think that netflix indirectly promotes said attrocities through promoting Wal-mart? I mean, surely people will buy Wal-mart DVD's because of the promotion. My opinion is that anything Wal-mart touches turns to shit. And I agree it's getting harder and harder to avoid buying China made products, but that is mainly because of Wal-mart and companies like Wal-mart importing goods to the US. It's a vicous cycle and I don't want any part of it. Shit is just going to get worse if people don't see what's happening...so sorry if I'm preaching, but apparently people don't realize this or choose to ignore it.

I may be totally wrong here (doubt it) but I would guess that most of the people on this board do understand what Wal-Mart is all about and do not need to be preached to for doing a fraction of their shopping there.
