and they've followed through on all my cancelled shows

of course this gets a little tricky.
according to ticketmaster, you get your money back via promoter or venue.

so, yes, i'm trying to get my money back... i don't expect it but i'll try and try.

"We get yo' money!"

"I didn't spend four years on the executive board of economics for me not to get yo' money!"

so we've been upgrated!

we went from Mr. / Ms. no name to retail manager!

here's the reply regurding all the info i've sent them (which at this point they're looking for a confirmation number)

Hello and Thank you for your email. This concert was unfortunately changed by the Promoter and Ticketmaster tried to notify and make customers aware of this. In person sales, as you can understand, are impossible for us to get in contact with anyone. We have no control over concert modifications and are at the strict mercy of the promoters if they decide to do so. The concert has been settled with the promoter but I will send our Client Representative an email of this unfortunate matter. It is in their hands as Ticketmaster no longer has the funds for this performance; they have been sent and settled with the promoter. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from anyone. I hope to respond with a positive outcome.
