When I worked for my family, in between my dad and my brother's offices was another little office with a fireplace and couch.

Oh man, I used to take naps ALL the time on my lunch hour. It was the only way I could generally recuperate from the night before.

And once when I lived in the burbs west of work and I was dating someone in the city, I used to wake up in the morning, drive to work early and take a shower there(they also had a full bathroom and shower in my dad's office). My dad used to give me strange looks all day when he realized I'd used the shower again.

When it's nice out, I go out to my car on my lunch break and snooze for 45 minutes.

I know it was an eclair, but the foodstuff in question is of no consequence, as the physical act of extracting and consuming food from the trash can was my focus in pointing out the Costanzaness of the situation.

Remember, kids...adjacent to refuse IS refuse.

Also, at another board I post on there's a bunch of punk rock kids on it and some of them go around to pizzeria's and get their leftovers at the end of the night out of the dumpsters.

I have a friend who is part of the whole punk scene. You know how bakerys throw out the old bread at the end of the day? He stole this big bag full of bread and cakes and shit and lived off of it for a month so he didn't have to buy any food. He subsequently developed scurvy.
