I texted Loogs a few weeks scoffing that some announcer was comparing him to Ed Reed. I got no problem with that comparison at this point. Dude is the Truth.

Huge win for the Dawgs last night. We ain't dead yet!

No Florida Teams in the AP Top 25 for the first time since 1982. That's pretty crazy, especially after all the hype FSU got before the start of the season.

Yeah, they are Serious Business. It would be awesome though if they came into the game undefeated and we got the win.

Never going to happen. I think they're the most overrated team in CFB. (well, except for Texas).

No offense to Two Guns and Joey Crack but their biggest wins are UNC and NC State and they need some 4th quarter magic to win those.

I think they're well coached as usual but I also think the game at Miami will be a toss up and I think they lose 3 of their last 4. The 3 being Clempson, Va Tech, and UGA. Fuck them.

Agree with Gar though. This is an epic pounding Texas is taking. After their season last year I can't believe they're ranked #11 right now.

Also, fuck Tennessee for life. Nothing sucks like a Big Orange.

None taken. Not to mention our injury-depleted defense kept them to a season low in yardage. They've put up some gaudy stats but are definitely beatable.

UGA/SEC blog "Leather Helmet Blog" has been covering the possibility of WVU to the SEC pretty regularly. They had another post today by a WVU writer, which kinda sheds some light on why WVU may be switching gears and possibly looking at the Big 12.

Mountaineers Held Hostage – Day 24 - Big12 or SEC

That's a new one. Look at scroll.

Scroll said WVU and UL to replace Mizzou in B12 if Mizzou accepts invite to Big East.

So you'll win by 10 instead of 20. The SEC is never going to not allow both LSU and Bama to not be without players for the "big game". That might lose money.

I'm more annoyed at the bullshit suspensions of the two UGA players for "personal fouls".

The SEC is so fucking inconsistent.

Some guy named Randall. He apparently has a series of them. Pretty funny.

That was all over the Internet a year ago. Even made into a pistachio commercial. One thing I've learned in watching nature shows over the years, do not fuck with animals in the badger family.

Yeah - it's relevant because they call ol boy from LSU The Honey Badger. I hadn't seen it until yesterday.

I like it when he eats the cobra, falls out from the venom, gets up and keeps chomping.

"Honey Badger don't care - Honey Badger don't give a shit!"

Marginally apropos, one of my kids' friends (and by extension, mine, but less so) has taken to being known as Barfy Badgers on FB- this is her with me youngest, Kyle, from her photo album titled"Crazy Nastyasses".

Down go OU and Wisconsin.

Who do you guys like to play the SEC Champ in the MNC game? Stanford? Boise St.? I don't see Okie St. going undefeated for whatever reason.

I'm starting to think Clemson will run the table. I think all of the AQ teams need to have at least one loss for Boise State to make the BCS title game. I'm more afraid of a Bama/LSU rematch then I am of seeing the Broncos finally get a shot at the Big one.

The Huskers dropped a few spots in the polls after winning on Saturday, and are a three point home underdog against Sparty right now.
The Husker lead the all-time series 5-0, but Michigan State has never been ranked in the match-ups either. It will most likely decide who wins the division. It's a shame that it is 11:00am ESPN game.

I don't think a team that doesn't even play in it's conference championship game can make the MNC game (which will be true of the Bammer-LSU loser)

I can't remember who I heard say this (maybe Barnhart), but even an undefeated ACC team is a longshot for the MNC and could easily be beat out by a one loss Big 12 team.

As for the early game, welcome to the Big 10!

i think stanford is going to squeak past the ducks in a couple weeks and then should easily run the table.

I don't think they ever included the Oklahoma/Nebraska rule, so a team that loses a conference title game/doesn't make it to the title game can still make the NCG according to the BCS rules on the BCS web site.

I wasn't referencing a specific rule, I had just heard that before.

Also, CBS got the LSU-Bammer game moved to 8PM EST. Awesome.

Brian Kelly just needs to die already.

It's getting to the point where I almost want to try and lure Gerry Faust out of retirement.

Also, I do think Okie State goes undefeated. (I also thought Wisconsin would, so take that with a grain silo of salt.)
