Yes, I think Lebron will go off. They don't want to go back to OKC. If the Thunder win though, I still think they can take it to 7 games.

But, ultimately, the old adage of experience winning titles is ringing true.

I really hope they do take it at home. Fuck going back to OKC and winning it in a building full of people that hate you.

Bosh with the champagne facial.

Impressive from the Heat. I feel pretty ambiguous about the whole series though...It was entertaining, but I didn't really care what happened. I wouldn't say I'm a Lebron fan, but I think it's cool he got a championship, next bunch of seasons should be interesting to see if the Heat keep going. Durant will get his.

I didn't think this city has ever gone that nuts over a sports win.

Seriously though. OKC is a great team, and I think most Heat fans were on the edge expecting a much closer game last night. The sports radio show vibes were pretty nervous but hoping for a win all day yesterday.

I'm happy they got it done solidly. There was a lot of sacrifice on this team to get to this point that was rarely heard over the din of hatred. There will still be haters. But, maybe now it will be mostly Cavaliers fans.

I'm not sure Bosh will live down that Champagne Bukkake pic, tho.

i'll never hate any nba team as much as the lakers, but the thunder have definitely taken a chokehold on the second-most hated team slot

fuck those gutless quitters

i really wouldn't say they quit, FT. "played careless and crappy" is more accurate. can't really do much when miami is hitting all those 3's, in addition to LBJ and the two dudes, well, there's not much you can do about that.

but there's no better time than now for you to make your prediction of the heat winning every championship for the next 10 years

yeah, maybe i should frame it more in terms of failure to show up and compete than actual quitting

but fuck, nothing pisses me off more than seeing a team hit on all cylinders while dismantling my team, then proceed to give half the effort against their subsequent opponent

i don't even think the seemingly unlimited power of my jinx can derail the heat for the next 10 years (or at least the next five...lebron and wade ain't kids no more)

Bullshit. They played their hearts out but couldn't do anything against the Heat because, well, the Heat are that good.

And honestly I wouldn't be surprised if we saw these 2 teams in the Finals again next year.
