i think, overall, the toots team is doing great things. i'd join in on one of the burgers, but in keeping with the spirit are there any that don't require mayo? because i just couldn't do that to myself.

we WILL find brioche. i have a few bread making friends i can call up if I have to, but I'm pretty sure I can find some.

Petroleum isn't all bad, you just have to look under all the pump cheese and pickled pigs feet to find the good stuff.

yonder th' piggleh wiggleh!

it was a little hard to find brioche on a holiday weekend, so i'll be making the bread for tonight. and because of the classy-ass nature of this burger, we may actually go with a wine
